1.Themachinemustonlybeusedbyaskilledoperatorfamiliarwithallthecontrolsandharvestingtechniqueson
cultivatedlandwithslopesuptomaximum26%(15°)uphillanddownhill.
2.Donotpermitanyoneotherthantheoperatortorideonthemachine.
3.Beforestartingtheengine,ensureeveryoneisclearofthemachine.
4.Warnbystandersbysoundingthehornseveraltimes.
5.Keepchildrenawayfromandoffthemachineatalltimes.
6.No-oneshouldbestandingontheladderswhenthemachineismoving.
7.Whendrivingonpublicroads,observetrafcregulations,adaptyourspeedtoroadandtrafcconditionsand
ensurethatalllightsandothersafetymechanismsonthemachine(iftheyarerequired)arettedandwork
properly.Thegraintankmustbeemptywhendrivingontheroad.Ensurethattheunloadingtubeislockedinits
closedposition.
8.Ensurethatbothbrakepedalsarelockedtogetherwhentravellingonpublicroads.
9.Ensurethehazardwarningsignsprovidedareinstalledatthefrontandtherearofthemachineandusethe
rotatingambertrafcwarningbeacon(s)(ifequipped)whendrivingonpublicroadstoindicatethevehicleisof
abnormalsizeandisslow-moving.
10.Donotbrakeabruptlytoavoidtippingofthemachine.
11.Donotexceed20km/h(12.5mph)whendrivingdownhill.Ifnecessary,changeintoalowergearbeforestarting
thedescent.
12.Nevertravelathighspeedincrowdedareas.
13.Avoidmakingturnsathighspeed.
