Inspection
Whendisassemblingparts,checkalltheparts.
Ifthereareanywornordamagedparts,replacethem.
Inspectcarefullytopreventinitialbreakdowns.
Bearing
Replaceanyloosebearings.
Airdrybearingsbeforeinstallingthem.
Needlebearing
Wheninsertingneedlebearings,beverycarefulnottodamagethem.
Applygreasetothesectionwheretheneedlebearingwillbeinserted.
Gear
Checkthatthereisnowearandnodamage.
Oilseal,O-ring,gasket
Alwaysinstallnewoilseals,O-rings,andgaskets.
ApplygreasetosectionswhereoilsealsandO-ringswillbeinserted.
Shaft
Checkthatthereisnowearandnodamage.
Checkthebearingsandcheckfordamagedoilsealsontheshaft.
Serviceparts
InstallCASECONSTRUCTIONgenuineserviceparts.
Whenplacinganorder,checkthepartscatalog.ItcontainstheCASECONSTRUCTIONgenuinepartnumbers.
Anybreakdownsarisingfromtheinstallationofnon-genuinepartsarenotcoveredbythewarranty.
