  If it takes a long time before you can use your Casio Digital Piano after turning it on, it might be because the piano's memory data was corrupted because a data transfer operation with a computer was in progress the last time you turned it off. It takes about 20 seconds to perform the memory format operation. Wait until the format operation is complete, and avoid turning off the Digital Piano while a data transfer operation is in progress.

How to fix no sound on my Casio CELVIANO AP220ES1C?

  If no sound comes from your Casio Electronic Keyboard when you press a key, there are several possible causes: 1. The VOLUME controller might be set to “MIN”. Try rotating the VOLUME controller towards “MAX”. 2. Headphones or an adapter plug might be plugged into one of the PHONES jacks. Disconnect anything connected to the PHONES jacks. 3. MIDI Local control might be turned off. In this case, turn on the Local control setting.

  If your Casio Digital Piano sounds strange, and turning it off and on doesn't fix it, and, for example, the note intensity doesn't change when you alter key pressure, it might be because the “Back up” feature is turned on. Turn off “Back up”, then turn the power off and on again.

Why is the pitch of my Casio Electronic Keyboard off?

  If the pitch of your Casio digital piano is off, here are a few things to check: 1. The key setting might be something other than “0”. Change the key setting to “0”, or turn the power off and then back on again. 2. The tuning might be incorrect. Adjust the tuning, or turn the power off and then back on again. 3. Octave shift might be enabled. Change the octave shift setting to 0. 4. A non-standard temperament setting might be in use. Change the temperament setting to “00:Equal”, which is the standard modern tuning.
