the radiaation through the lens of the pickup unit at
a minimum distance of 30cm from the pickup.

* Check IC701.
Is the waveform

* Check CN701.
* Check soldering IC701.
* Check IC701.
* Check pickup.
Is the waveform
at pin 1 (FE) of IC701 like
that shown in Fig. 17 ?
* Check pins 25, 26 and 27 of IC701.
* Check IC701.
* Check circuit around IC701.
