  If the lack of water indicator and ice full indicator are flashing simultaneously, it could be due to the synchronous motor being detected, in which case you should send it to the Service Department. Alternatively, the ice cubes might be too large and stuck together. To resolve this, turn off the Caso ice maker, wait for the ice to melt, restart it, and select a smaller ice size.

  If the ice full indicator light is illuminated despite having less ice in the basket, it could be due to a low room temperature or a broken sensor. Try removing the ice basket and putting it back until the light turns off. If that doesn't work, send the Caso Ice Maker to the Service Department.
