17 Troubleshooting
This chapter provides you with important notices with regard to
operating the device. Observe the following notices to avoid
dangers and damages:
17.1 Causes and rectification of faults
The following table assists in localizing and rectifying minor
faults.
Problems Reasons Solutions
The compressor
makes a buzzing
noise
too low voltage
Turn off the ice maker.
Make sure the voltage is on
normal and restart.
Ice full indicator light
on but with less ice in
the basket
Room temperature is too low
Take out the ice basket and put it
back until the light is off
the sensor was broken send to Service departement
Lack of water
indicator is on but
water tank has a lot
of water
the sensor is broken send to Service departement
water conductivity less add little salt
Power light is off
when switching on
unit is not plugged properly
check and ensure the unit is
properly plugged
the fuse on the PCB was
burnt

The lack of water
indicator and ice full
indicator flash at the
same time
Synchronous motor is
detected
send to Service departement
The ice cube is too big and
stick together and can not
drop off from the
evaporator
Turn off the unit and wait for the
melting of the ice, restart the
unit, select smaller size of ice
mode
