Fill water tank Turn Steam Wand & Hot
Water to CLOSED position
POWER on STANDBY mode Run water through the Group Head, Steam Wand &
Hot Water outlet to fl ush machine
Pre-warm fi lter basket
and portafi lter
Wipe fi lter basket &
portafi lter dry
Dose & tamp Flush Group Head for
a few seconds
Insert & lock portafi lter
into Group Head
Press 1 or 2 CUP button
to begin extraction
Half fi ll jug with cold milk
to below spout position
Insert steam wand to
3 o'clock position inside jug
Lift Steam Lever to
OPEN position
Spin milk in whirlpool
motion
Stop when jug is hot
to touch
Lower Steam Lever to
CLOSED position
STEAM
Run steam to clear milk
from wand after texturing
Wipe Steam Wand after
each use
Soak the water fi lter for
5 minutes
Rinse fi lter & mesh Assemble Set date 2 months ahead Install fi lter in water tank Insert & lock water tank
