A. Attach 2 spring washers and 2 locking wheels
to front of assembly as shown. Secure wheels by
fully tightening each with the wheel hex wrench.
B. Attach 2 spring washers and 2 wheels to back
of assembly with the wheel hex wrench as shown.
Assembly is now complete.

A. Attach long crossbar to assembled unit with 2
bolts and 2 hex nuts. Secure bolts with an allen
wrench. Secure nuts with a hex wrench.
B. Attach 2 short crossbars to assembled unit
with 2 bolts and 2 hex nuts per crossbar.
