Problem Cause / Solution
No beverage is brewed. The water tank is empty, the alarm
indicator light is on and red.
➤ Fill the tank with ltered/bottled water.
Press the desired beverage button.
The machine will resume brewing.
The coee is not hot enough. Cold cups / mugs
Scale build-up in machine.
➤ Preheat the cup.
Descale the machine.
The lever cannot be lowered. The used capsule container is full.
Capsule stuck inside the machine.
➤ Empty out the used capsule container.
Remove the used capsule.
Beyond the recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures, the CBTL™ machine is
