suitable material and have the correct type of base. The base
should be flat and smooth, as any rough part on the pan base
could scratch the ceramic hob top.
Choose pans which are between the sizes recommended in the
table above, and with bases that are as non-reflective as possible,
e.g. dull and dark.
Only pans recommended for use on ceramic hobs should be
used.
