Dehumidier storage
- If you are not going to use the appliance for a long time and you wish to store it, follow
the next steps:
- Empty any water left in the tank.
- Rewind the power cable.
- Clean the lter.
- Store it in a cool and dry place. Fig. 11
Safety distance
When the dehumidier is in operation, make sure that there is a minimum distance between
the device and walls or other obstacles as shown in the picture below. Fig.12
5. TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter any of the problems listed below, please check the following points before
contacting customer service.
Problem Possible causes Solution
The appliance does
not work
Is the power cable connected
correctly?
Plug the power cable into the
outlet.
Is the full tank indicator light
ashing? (The tank is full or
not installed properly).
Empty the water in the tank and
then reinstall it.
Is the temperature of the room
above 35 ºC or below 5 ºC?
The security lock is activated, and
the device will not start.
