3. OPERATION
Before the rst coee
1. Fill the water tank to the maximum amount of water.
2. Boil water once or twice and then dispose it.
3. The glass jar, funnel, lter, and all parts that come into contact with water and coee
should be thoroughly cleaned with warm water and soap.
Coee brewing
1. Lift the water tank cover and ll it with potable water.
2. Place the funnel in its bracket, make sure it is positioned correctly, and then t the
lter.
3. Add the right amount of coee powder in the lter. You can increase or decrease the
amount of coee powder to your liking.
4. Gently shake the funnel and lter to distribute the coee evenly; then, close the
water tank cover and make sure it is positioned correctly.
5. Insert the glass jar into the heating plate.
6. Connect the machine to the mains and the display will show 12:00.
7. Press the power button on the control panel twice and the red-light indicator
will light up. Then, the coee machine will start operating.
8. During the brewing process, you can press the power button at any time to stop
operation.
Note: the coee will stop dripping automatically, but the extraction time from the
glass jar should not exceed 30 seconds to prevent the coee from overowing over
the rim of the funnel.
9. Do not open the water tank cover during the brewing process to avoid getting burnt
by steam or damaging the coee machine due to the backow of hot water.
10. Wait until the coee has nished dripping so that you can remove the glass jar, pour
the coee in, and enjoy it.
Note: since coee powder absorbs a certain amount of water, the amount of coee
poured may be lower. The heating plate will be very hot during operation - do not
touch it!
11. The keep-warm function will be activated, and the machine will switch o
automatically after 40 minutes if no further operation is performed. If you are not
going to use the coee machine for a long time, unplug it.
