Check and make sure that the appliance is
connected to a correctly installed socket
with 220-240 V ~ 50/60 Hz.

Disconnect the plug from the socket and
wait until the appliance has cooled down. If
the problem persists, it may be a problem
with the thermostat. Please contact the

Troubleshooting
ERROR CHECK
There is no beep when the cooker is plugged
in, or no reaction or display when pressing
the power button.
Check if plug is damaged.
Check if power is cut o.
Cooker turns o after warning with
continuous beeps.
Check if the pan is compatible with the
magnetic induction system.
Check whether the pan is centred on the
cooking surface.
Check if the pan is over the stated
diameter.
The temperature cannot be adjusted. There may be some kind of hardware or
software problem with the device. Please
contact the ocial Cecotec Technical
Support Service.
