Cleaning and maintenance
9. Before cleaning, the machine must be switched o and cooled down.
10. Use a clean, damp cloth to clean the stainless-steel surface.
Note:
- do not use abrasive sponges, alcohol, or solvents.
- Do not immerse the product in water.
1. Clean the outlet and the gasket under the top with a professional brush.
2. Clean the steam outlet, conrm that there are no obstructions.
3. Remove the lter holder by turning it anticlockwise, remove any coee residue from the
inside, then you can clean it with a cleaner, but, nally, you should rinse it with clean
water.
4. Clean all accessories in water and dry them thoroughly.
5. Clean the drip tray and the removable shelf regularly and dry them.
6. Clean the water tank regularly.
Decalcication
Over time, the machine accumulates limescale deposits, so it is necessary to descale the
machine every 2 months.
1. Pour water and descaler into the water tank up to the MAX capacity according to the
proportion established by the descaler manufacturer.
2. Place the lter holder without ground coee inside the group.
3. Consume half of the tank by making double coees.
4. Consume the other half of the tank by using hot water.
5. Repeat the step from point 1 but only using puried water to remove the descaler
residues. Repeat this process as many times as necessary to remove all the residues.
