Problem Possible reason Possible solution
Unit moves slowly or
in small circles
1. Battery low
2. Electrostatic cloth is too dirty
3. Electrostatic cloth is damp
4. Floor is wet
5. Wheels blocked (eg. Hair, dust)
1. Recharge battery for 8 hours
2. Dispose of electrostatic cloth
and use a new one
3. Make sure you use only on
dry floors
4. Clean wheels
