TO PREVENT
SERIOUS INJURY

Disconnect from the vehicle
battery before performing any
inspection, maintenance, or
cleaning procedures.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS

FAILURE:
Do not use damaged
equipment. If abnormal noise
or vibration occurs, have the
problem corrected before
further use.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and
Lubrication
BEFORE EACH USE,1. inspect the
general condition of the tool. Check
for loose hardware, misalignment
or binding of moving parts, cracked
or broken parts, damaged electrical
wiring, and any other condition that
may affect its safe operation.
AFTER USE,2. wipe external surfaces
of the tool with clean cloth.
To check the Lamp:
Rubber
Sleeve (3)
Bulb Cover (4)
Xenon Bulb
1. Remove Rubber Sleeve (3) from
nozzle of the Timing Light.
Remove the Bulb Cover (4).2.
The Xenon Bulb may develop a black 3.
spot around the anode; this is normal.
If the bulb turns completely black
however, it should be replaced.
Contact a certied technician to 4.
replace the Xenon Bulb.
