OUTDOOR UNIT INSTALLATION
If mounting brackets are required for installing the outdoor unit you
will have to purchase it separately (Fig. 10).
– Assemble the mounting frame using the included 6 screws, plain
washers, spring washers and nuts.
– Select the locations for installing the left and right supports. Ensure
that the left and right supports are installed at the same height.
Drill 5 or more holes in the wall in accordance with the outdoor unit
support dimensions.
– Fasten the mounting frame to the wall.
– Fasten the outdoor unit to the mounting supports with 4 screws. The
unit should be fastened in a stable and secure way.
– The outdoor unit shall be suspended with ropes during installation to
prevent it from being dropped.
– Tools and components should be secured from falling during
installation or repairs.
– Regularly check stability of the mounting frame.

TUBE CNNECTIONS
– Remove the outdoor unit valve cover.
– Align the nut on the threads and firmly tighten the nut by hand.
– Thoroughly tighten the nut with a torque wrench until a click is
heard (Fig. 11).
– It is recommended to use a torque wrench for tube connections.
The use of an ordinary spanner can lead to damage to threaded
connections. The required torque values are shown in Table 2.
– The tube bend radius should not be too small, otherwise the tube
may break; the installation personnel shall use special tube bending
tools.
– Do not allow water, dust or sand to get into the tubes.
