GETTING STARTED
MAIN UNIT
Insert batteries before first use, matching the
polarity (+ and -) as indicated.
To insert the main unit batteries:
1. Open the battery compartment.
2. Insert the batteries, matching the
polarity (+ / -).
3. Close the battery compartment.
NOTE: Do not use rechargeable batteries. It is
recommended that you use alkaline batteries
with this product for longer performance. How-
ever, if you want to use the sensor in colder
temperatures i.e. -20°C (-4°F) to -40°C (-40°F),
you should use lithium batteries for optimal
performance.

Battery life for the main unit is approximately
1 year with one sensor connected. Battery life
will be reduced with extra sensors connected.
