Warranty period
CENTROPIX grants users a warranty of 3 years (36 months) from
the date of purchase for the KLOUD applicators. LEDs and
battery have a warranty of 6 months.
Warranty extension
At the time of purchase, the warranty can be extended to
60 months (5 years) at an extra charge. A subsequent warranty
extension is not possible.
Prerequisite for warranty services
A warranty is only guaranteed to rst-time users who have
purchased the KLOUD applicators via the ofcial store
of CENTROPIX. This warranty covers material or manu-
facturing defects only. In case of non-intended use of the
CENTROPIX product, self-made modications and repairs,
misuse, normal wear and tear, catastrophes or force majeure,
any claim under warranty is void. The warranty is only
guaranteed when using the KLOUD up to a maximum body
weight of 120 kg (265 pounds) and when used on a at, hard
surface. Please place the KLOUD on your body if these
conditions cannot be met.
Warranty Service
If CENTROPIX identizes a manufacturing defect, the user is
entitled to a repair or replacement of a unit under this warranty,
provided the damaged product was sent to CENTROPIX within
the warranty period. The warranty period will not be extended by
any warranty service claimed.
Liability
CENTROPIX is not liable for direct and indirect side eects or
consequential and incidental damages, even if these are due to
legal, illegal or other actions.
