Install fork insert, axle, wheel, and rear derailleur hanger.
Prepare steerer, dry fit, clean, apply epoxy, install, and cure fork insert.
Install headset bearings, fork, compression ring, stem clamp, cap, and tighten.
Route brake hose from chainstay through top tube internal cable port.
Run brake hose from bottom of fork up through the top.
Route hydraulic/mechanical hose with disc hose bushings through frame and fork.
Route 1000mm Di2 E-Wire from top tube port out through bottom bracket port.
Route shifter housing from top tube port out through bottom bracket port.
Attach riser pad mount and riser post to tilt adjust plate using M6 screws.
The riser pad mount can be attached in two positions: Forward or Setback.
Mount Di2 battery in down tube, secure with screws and Loctite 242.
Attach saddle mount, torque screws, install rail binder bolt and saddle, torque bolt.
Measure chainstay and seatstay clearance at relevant frame points.
Calculate remaining space and measure tire width for clearance.
Install front thru-axle, aligning and threading into the insert.
Install rear thru-axle, aligning and threading into the insert.
Perform final tightening on rear derailleur hanger nut to 12-15Nm.
