SIGNALS:
NOTE
The
pilot
should
be aware
that on many Cessna airplanes
equipped
with the
windshield
mounted
glide
slope
antenna,
pilots
should
avoid use of 27OO t100 RPM
on
airplanes
equipped
with a two-bladed
propeller
or 1800
ilOO RPM on
airplanes equipped with
a
three-bladed
propeller
during ILS approaches
to avoid oscillations
of
the
glide
slope devÍation
pointer
caused by
propeller
interference.

SELECT desired localizer fre-
quenoy (glide
slope
frequency is autornatically
selected).
2. NAV/COM
VOX-ID-T Switch

SELECT ID
positiontodisconnect
filter from
audio circuit.
3. NA\I VOL Control
-- ADJUST to desired listening level to
confirm
proper
localizer station.
CAUTION
Wt¡en
glide
slope
"OFF"
or
"GS"flag
is visible,
glide
slope
indications are unusable.
There
is no change
