To adjust
the mixture,
using this
indicator, lean to estabJish the

EGT as a reference

enrichen the mixture by

noted
in this table, operation at
peak
EGT
provides the
best
fuel
economy. This results in
approximately
4qo
grea,tet
range than
shown in
this handbook
accompanied by approximately a
3 knot decrease
in speed.
Under some conditions,
engine
roughness may
occur
while operating
at
peak
EGT. In
ühis c&se, operate at the Recommended
Lean mixture.
Any
change in altitude
or throttle
position
will require
a recheck
of EGT
indication.
STALLS
The stall
characteristics
are conventional and
aural
warning
is
provided
by a stall warning
horn which
sounds between
5 and 10
knots
above
the stall in all
configurations.
