Determine location for concrete pad
and operator.
Install conduit and pour concrete pad.
Attach the operator to the concrete pad.
Position the gate bracket.
Adjust the operator arm length.
Weld long arm, short arm, and gate bracket.
Install the cover.

INSTALLATION

Determine location for concrete pad and operator.

Locate and prepare the site for the gate operator's concrete pad and mounting.

Install conduit and pour concrete pad.

Install necessary conduit and pour the concrete pad to mount the operator.

Position the gate bracket.

Properly align and install the gate bracket onto the post.

Adjust the operator arm length.

Set the correct length for the operator arm based on gate dimensions.

Weld long arm, short arm, and gate bracket.

Securely weld the gate bracket and operator arms for gate attachment.

Install the cover.

Attach the protective cover to the gate operator unit.

WIRING AND ADJUSTMENTS

Install Monitored Entrapment Protection Device

Install external monitored entrapment protection systems for safety zones.

Connect Power Wiring and Earth Ground Rod

Connect incoming power, earth ground rod, and battery for system operation.

Set the Limits and Force

Configure gate open/close limits and adjust the operator's force settings.

Perform the Obstruction Test

Test the gate's obstruction detection and reversal mechanism.

Installation Checklist

Verify all installation steps and connections before site handover.
