Using a generator indoors CAN KILL YOU IN MINUTES. Generator exhaust contains carbon
monoxide. This is a poison you cannot see or smell.
NEVER use inside a home or garage, EVEN IF doors and windows are open.
ONLY use OUTSIDE and far away from windows, doors, and vents.

muffler and exhaust gas can ignite combustible materials.

Starting the Generator

Add Gasoline

Add unleaded gasoline to the fuel tank; do not use E15 or E85.

Electrical Device Warning

Never start or stop the generator with electrical devices connected or turned on.

Set Fuel Dial to ON

Turn the fuel dial to the "ON" position before starting the engine.

Set Choke Lever

Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position for initial engine start.

Generator Operation

Start Engine with Recoil

Pull the recoil starter handle to start the engine.

Adjust Choke for Running

Move the choke lever to the "RUN" position once the engine is running.

Connect Electrical Loads

Plug electrical devices into the generator once it is running.
