This product requires periodic maintenance. The cleaning and

1.1 CLEANING

1.2 MAINTENANCE
Lubricatethemovingparts,ifnecessary,withdrysiliconoil.Peri-
odicallychecktheconditionofthewheelsandkeepthemclean
ofdustandsand.Makesureallplasticpartsthatslidealongthe
metaltubesarecleanandfreefromdust,dirtandsand;thiswill
avoidfrictionthatmaypreventthestrollerfromworkingproperly.
Keepthestrollerinadryplace.
2. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
2.1 FITTING THE FRONT WHEELS
1.Startbyinsertingtherstwheelpinintoitsseatontheframe,
pushingituntilitclicksintoposition(diag.1).Repeatthisproce-
durefortheotherwheel.
WARNING: always check the wheels are locked in position by
pullingonthemwithacertainforcebeforeusingthestroller.
2.Tomakethestrollerevenmorecompactwhenclosed,youcan
removethetwofrontwheelgroups;todothis,pulltheleverunder
thewheelgroup(diag.2)andslidethewheelout.
2.2 OPENING THE STROLLER
WARNING:whenperformingthisoperation,makesurethatyour
childandallotherchildrenareatasafedistance.Ensurethatdur-
ingtheseoperationsthemovingpartsofthestrollerdonotcome
intocontactwithyourchild.
3.Opentheclosurehookandpushthefrontsectionofthestroller
forwards(diag.3).
Asyouopenthestroller,checkthatthebackrestisintheposition
indicatedindiagram4Aandnotdiagram4B.
4.Useyourfoottopresstherearcrossbardownwards(Diag.5).
Makesurethestrollerisopenandproperlylockedinposition.
WARNING: before using the stroller, ensure it is locked in the
openposition,checkingthattherearcrossbarislockedinposi-
tion(diag.6)andthegreenpadlockisvisible.(diag.6A)
Ifthecrossbarisnotlockedinplacecorrectly,youwillseeanopen
padlockwithanredexclamationmark(diag.6B).
2.3 USING THE SAFETY HARNESS
Thestrollercomeswithave-pointsafetyharnesswhichconsists
intwobackreststraps,twoadjusterloops,alapbeltandacrotch
strapwithabuckle.
WARNING:whencarryingchildrenfrom0to6monthsofage,
thebackrestshoulderstrapsmustbethreadedthroughthetwo
adjusterloopsonthebackrestbeforebeingfastened.
5. Adjust the height of the backrest straps, threading them
throughtheadjusterloopasseenindiagram7whennecessary.
Afterplacingyourchildinthestroller,fastenthesafetyharness
bythreadingthetwo toothed endsthroughthe backrest strap
loops(diag.7Aand7B)andtheninsertingtheminthecrotchstrap
buckle(diag.7C);adjustthelengthoftheharnessstrapsuntilthey
tcomfortablyagainstthechild’sshouldersandbody.Torelease
thelapbelt,pressandpullthetwotoothedends.
WARNING:thesafetyharnessmustalwaysbefastenedtoguar-
anteecompletesafetyforyourchild.
WARNING:after removingthesafety harness (e.g.towash it),
checkthatthelapbeltsareallreplacedinthe correct position
threadingthemthroughtherelativebackrestslots.Theharness
strapsmustthenbeadjustedagain.
6.Forextra safety,the strolleristtedwithD-ringswhichcan
beusedtotaseparatesafetyharness,compliantwithBS6684
Standards.Theringsarettedinternallyontherightandleftside
ofthestrollerseat,asseenindiagram8.
2.4 RECLINING THE BACKREST
Thebackrestcanbereclinedto5differentpositions.
7.Pressthebuttonontherearofthestrollerbackresttoadjustthe
angle;whenyoureleasethebutton,thebackrestwilllockinthe
nearestsetposition(diag.9).
8.Simply push the backrest upwards to raise it to the desired
height(diag.10).
WARNING:checkthatthebackrestislockedrmlyinplace.
WARNING:theseoperationscanbecomemoredifcultwhenthe
childissatintheseat.
2.5 ADJUSTING THE LEG REST
Thestrollerlegrestcanbe adjustedto 2differentpositionsto
ensureextracomfortforyourchild.
9.Toadjustthelegrestposition,turnthe2sideleversupwards
untiltheylockinahorizontalposition(diag.11).
