There could be several reasons why you cannot connect to the Internet using your Cisco Network Router. First, ensure your broadband modem or external Ethernet switch is properly connected and powered on. Second, there might be an issue with your broadband or WAN service, so check with your Internet service provider. Finally, the router might be improperly configured. Use the Cisco Router and Security Device Manager (SDM) software, or configure the router using a PC connected to the console port.
