Install the Rear Cover on the ONS 15310-MA
Step 2 Use the 1/4-inch nut driver to install the six hexagonal standoffs into the mounting holes that previously
held the six panhead screws.
Note You can place the rear cover with either of two offsets from the back plane. Assemble the
6.32x1.75 or the 6.32x3.25 hexagonal standoffs for using either offset option.
The 6.32x3.25 standoffs should be used when the DS-1 cable direction exchangers
(15310-MA-DS1-PLUG=) are assembled on one of the DS-1 receptacle connectors of the
Backplane Interface Connector (BIC) unit.
