Telephone Equipment Notice

tub, in a wet basement or near a swimming pool.
2. Avoid using a telephone (other than a cordless type) during an electrical storm. There may be a
remote risk of electric shock from lightning.
3. Do not use the telephone to report a gas leak in the vicinity of the leak.
Important: Interconnected telecommunication terminal equipment (for example via RJ11) must be UL
listed and the connections must be made in accordance with Article 800 of the NEC
CAUTI ON: To reduce the risk of fire, use only No. 26 AWG or la r ge r
telecommunication line cord.
