Access the router by logging in with default credentials.
Select the 'Applications & Gaming' tab.
Click on the 'QoS' option within the interface.
Enable 'Internet Access Priority' for traffic management.
Set 'Upstream Bandwidth' to 'Manual' and input upload speed.
Choose 'MAC Address' from the Category drop-down.
Assign a unique name for the IP device.
Input the specific MAC address for the device.
Set the priority level to 'High' for the device.
Click 'Apply' to save the current MAC address settings.
Click 'Save Settings' to finalize all MAC configurations.
Reboot the router to apply saved MAC configuration changes.
