B. Connect the other end of the
cable to the computer or other
device that you want to add to the
network.
C. Connect the power cord to the
Power port.
D. Plug the other end into an electrical
outlet.
NOTE: Because the Adapter sends data over the power lines of your
home, Linksys recommends that you plug the Adapter directly into an
electrical outlet. The Adapter has its own power filter to help protect
against surges.
E. The Power, Ethernet, and Powerline
LEDs light up.
NOTE: The Powerline
LED
indicates that
the connection between
the Adapter and your
powerline network has
been established.
Hardware installation is complete.
