For optimal performance
For optimal performance, make sure to observe the following precautions:
Place the watch under direct sunlight and charge it for 5 to 6 hours at least once a month.
After taking off the watch, place it in a well-lighted place or by the window where
sunlight shines in.
Avoid leaving the watch in a dark place for long periods of time.
If the watch is hidden under clothes and not exposed to light, it cannot be charged
sufficiently.
Do not charge the watch at a high temperature (about 60°C or higher).
When the watch reaches a low charge state (insufficient charge warning function)
2-second
2-second
When the watch reaches a low charge state, the insufficient
charge warning function kicks in, and the second hand
begins to move in two-second increments (two-second
mode). Charge the watch by exposing its dial to light.
After some time of charging, the second hand will begin to
move in one-second increments (normal mode).
If the watch is left in two-second mode for three days or
longer, the watch will run out of power and stop working.
The time and date are indicated even during two-second mode.
