Recharging Precautions
• Donotchargethewatchatahightemperature(about60°C
(140°F)orhigher)asdoingsomaycausethemovementto
malfunction.
Examples:
- Charging the watch too close to a light source which
generates a large amount of heat such as an incandescent
lamp or halogen lamp.
* When charging under an incandescent lamp, be sure to
leave50cm(19-11/16inch)ormorebetweenthelampand
the watch to avoid exposing the watch to excessive heat.
- Charging the watch in a location where the temperature
may become extremely high or low such as on the
dashboard of a vehicle.
 Atambienttemperaturesofabout0°C(32°F)orloweror
40°C(104°F)orhigher,the"chargesuspensiontemperature
detection function" activates and the watch cannot be
charged.
