[Outline] This command sets the power-on time to drive an external device(cash drawer).
Power-on time = n1 × 10 (ms)
Delay time = n2 × 10 (ms)
To actually drive the drawer, use the <BEL> and <FS> commands.
[Default] n1 = n2 = 20 (200ms)

<ESC><BEL> n1 n2 command. This command is executed in order of entry into the input
