Measuring altitude
About altitude measurement
This watch continuously measures altitude during the first 5 minutes of
measurement. After that, measurement occurs every 3 minutes for up to 12 hours.
How to read altitude indication
Altitude is indicated by the 3 hands, the 10 000 ft, 1 000 ft and 25 ft hands.
10 000 ft hand indication
Indication range: 10 000 ft to 30 000 ft
The hand points “0” when measured altitude
is lower than 10 000 ft.
On the example in the left, the measured
altitude is indicated as 10 000 ft level.
