DCP
(Detachable
Control
Panel)
The
control
panel
can
be
detached
to
prevent
theft.
After
detaching
the
control
panel,
store
it
in
the
DCP
case
to
prevent
scratches.
We
recommend
taking
the
DCP
with
you
when
leaving
the
car.
Removing
the
DCP
1.
Turn
the
power
off.
2.
Press
the
DCP
release
button
|T|-
3
Pull
the
left
side
of
the
DCP
toward
you
to
remove
it.
Attaching
the
DCP
1.
Insert
the
right
side
of
the
DCP
into
the
source
unit
opening
first.
2,
Press
on
the
left
side
of
the
DCP
face
to
snap
it
into
place
_
A
CAUTION
_
Do
not
insert
the
left
side
of
the
DCP
In
place
first
and
try
to
force
the
right
side
Into
place.
Attempting
to
do
so
will
damage
the
DCP
or
the
locking
mechanism.
Storing
the
DCP
in
the
DCP
Case
1.
Hold
the
DCP
in
the
orientation
shown
in
the
figure
below.
2.
Insert
it
into
the
DCP
case.
3.
Close
and
snap
the
case
cover
shut.

A
CAUTION
_
The
DCP
can
easily
be
damaged
by
shocks.
After
removing
it,
be
careful
not
to
drop
it
or
subject
it
to
strong
shocks.
The
connector
connecting
the
source
unit
and
the
DCP
is
an
extremely
important
part.
Be
careful
not
to
damage
It
by
pressing
on
it
with
fingernails,
screwdrivers,
etc.
Note:
If
the
DCP
is
dirty,
wipe
off
the
dirt
with
a
soft,
dry
doth
only.
