Machine is making a
loud “knocking” type
sound.
This indicates the crank wheel bearing has
failed. Please contact customer support for
further information.
Cold Weather Notice
During seasonal cold temperatures below 32° Fahrenheit, the grease in your
machine’s sealed gearbox may become “thick” during transit. Before using the
machine, take it out of the packaging. Allow it to sit for a couple of hours
until it reaches room temperature. Once the machine reaches room tempera-
ture, plug the AC power cord into the electrical outlet. Press the “POWER”
button once. Immediately press and hold the “SPEED” button until the
red indicator light moves to speed 5. Press the timer button until the digital
timer display shows 16. Allow the machine to run for the complete 16 min-
ute session. It will shut off automatically. Performing this procedure allows
the unit to stabilize after transit.
If you turn the machine on before allowing the grease to warm up, the inter-
nal overload surge protector may shut down. To reactivate, unplug the power
cord, wait 5 seconds, and plug the power cord back in.
