Fitting theear defenders
• Move hair to theside and take off any earrings before putting theear defenderson.
Theheadband should rest on thetop of your head and theear cups should com-
pletely cover yourears.
• Extend theheadband before placing theear defenders over youhead.
• Place theear cups over yourears.
• Adjust theheadband.
• Theeffectiveness of theear defenders could be diminished by thetemples of
spectacles if they are worn under theearcups.
