Troubleshooting
If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. Otherwise contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair the device yourself!
Problem Potential cause/solution
The device is not functioning.
• Is the On/Off switch set to the I position?
• Is the plug properly connected with the socket?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the socket’s fuse.
The stain cannot be removed.
• The stain is too stubborn or too old. Treat it directly
with a carpet cleaner.
