AIR PREPARATION
PROBLEM/SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE SOLUTION

- Fouled compressor inlet filter - Replace inlet filter
- Compressor not functioning - Rebuild or replace as required
Compressor pressure relief - Pressure relief valve not operating - Replace pressure relief valve
valve making noise - Excessive backpressure in system - Check check valve for proper operation,
replace as required.
- Pinched tubing - Replace tubing
- Compressor not functioning - Rebuild or replace as required
- ATF not operating - Repair or replace ATF as required
Indicator cartridge desiccant has - Moisture has entered air prep system - Check & tighten fittings
changed from blue & white to all - Rebuild/replace compressor or
pink or white ATF module as required
- Replace indicating desiccant
Unit is making excessive noise - Unit not properly secured to floor - Place unit on a flat level surface
- Shipping damage - Locate damage and repair/replace parts
- Fan blocked - Clear obstructions
- Packaging material not removed - Remove packaging material
