Step 2
The child MUST sit in the booster seat with their
back flat against the vehicle seat back. The tops of
the child’s ears MUST be below the top of the
vehicle seat back or a fully deployed head restraint
on the vehicle seat, as shown in Figure 21. Severe
head or neck injuries could result without proper
head support.
Step 3
Position the lap belt underneath the outboard armrest, as shown in Figure 22. DO NOT
position any part of the vehicle seat belt over the top of the armrest or behind the armrest.
