-Pressure device: if the contact between the lid and the inner container does not take place correctly, the internal
container will not increase the pressure. In the case of high pressure, the cover does not open.
-Pressure regulator: if a short circuit occurs and the pressure in the pan exceeds the maximum allowed value, the
safety valve will start automatically to guarantee the safety of the device.
-Pressure control program: if there is a short circuit or if there is excess pressure, the relief valve is automatically
activated.
- Pressure relief component: if the pressure regulator fails and the pressure in the pan increases to the point of
exceeding the safety limit, the pressure relief component causes the air to be discharged in order to avoid possible
explosions.
- If the inside of the pan is empty or the temperature exceeds the permitted limits, the product switches o
automatically.
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
CLEANING
Wash the inside of the lid and the inner pot with hot water and detergent, rinse and dry them thoroughly. Clean the
outer body with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the product in water.
INSTALLATION OF CONDENSATE COLLECTOR BOX
To install the condensation box, insert it in the groove located on the outside of the pan. For cleaning, do the reverse
operation (Fig.1).
DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY OF THE GASKET
The gasket can be disassembled by lifting it from the support one piece at a time. To reassemble it, press on the
support piece at a time (Fig.2).
