Crêpes basic recipe (about 14 crêpes)
Ingredients:
• 250 g flour
• 500 ml milk
• 50 g butter
• 4 eggs
• 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Melt the butter and put it in a bowl with the eggs
and salt. Mix together. Add the milk and flower, little
by little, stirring constantly until there are no more
lumps in the dough. Leave the dough to stand for
around 30 minutes before cooking.
Vegan crêpes recipe (about 14
crêpes)
Ingredients:
• 250 g flour
• 1 pinch of salt
• 2 Tbsp. oil
• 250 ml soya or oat milk
• 250 ml sparkling water
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla sugar
Preparation:
Put the flour in a bowl. Add the milk an water, little
by little, stirring constantly. Stir all the ingredients to
-
gether until you obtain a lump-free dough. Leave to
stand, covered, for an hour or longer.
The dough should be as thin and runny as possible;
add more vegetable milk if necessary. For savoury
crêpes, simply leave out the vanilla sugar.
Cleaning
• Always disconnect the mains plug before cleaning.
• Use a paper towel to clean the appliance while still
warm.
• Clean Crêpes Turner and Dough Spreader with a
damp cloth.
• Do not use any harsh cleaning agent, cleaning spray
or scouring sponges.
