 Managers must return to initial entry screen and input
their PIN to access manager options
 CLOVER does allow for pre-authorization—must acquire
code to input prior to transaction for verification
 Managers can review transaction history, reprint re-
ceipts
 Managers should assure that device is in EMPLOYEE
mode to resume daily process once management tasks
are completed > Return to initial store screen and
UNLOCK to return device to employee mode.
 All devices should be connected—DO NOT UNPLUG
THE SYSTEM IS PROGRAMMED TO CLOSE
AUTOMATICALLY AT 12 MIDNIGHT
CLOVER—USER GUIDE
The Clover Mini will replace the existing external payment termi-
nal. This device is to be utilized when the existing credit card sys-
tem is not operating. It securely accepts chip-and-pin and chip-
and-signature EMV cards, enables credit and debit card transac-
tions via swipe, insert or tap. They are not universal and each unit
will be enabled for a specific location.
