Troubleshooting
The phone cannot turn on
• Be sure to hold down the key [ ] for more than 3 seconds.
• Make sure the battery is securely connected to your phone.
• Remove the battery, reinstall it and restart your phone.
• If the battery is dead, recharge it.
The phone requests PIN code
The PIN lock function is activated. Every time you turn on your phone,
the PIN must be entered (if you are using your phone for the rst time,
you must enter the PIN code provided with the SIM card).
