SAR certication information
This mobile device complies with guidelines regarding exposure to
radio waves.
It is a low power radio transmitter and receiver. It is designed not to
exceed the limits for exposure to radio waves as recommended by
international guidelines. These guidelines were established by the
International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection
(ICNIRP), which is an independent scientic organization, and
include safety measures designed to ensure the protection of people,
regardless of their age or health status.
The Specic Absorption Rate (SAR) is the unit of measurement
for the amount of radium absorbed when using mobile devices.
SAR tests are performed in standard handling positions, with the
phone transmitting at its highest certied power level, however the
actual SAR level of the phone in operation is usually well below the
maximum value. In general, the closer you are to a base station, the
lower the phone’s power.
SAR values may vary, depending on dierent phone models. To
ensure the safety and health of users, the phone is designed and
manufactured to meet radio exposure guidelines. The SAR limit
recommended by the Council of the European Union for mobile
devices used by the general public is 2 W/kg and the highest SAR
value for this device, which was tested for use at the ear, is by below
the recommended SAR limit.
