Messages
SMSC Message Center: Set up the SMSC. Changing this option may cause
your SMS to stop working. Please check with your operator.
● SIM capacity: This option shows you the space available to store messages
on the SIM card.
SMS validity configuration: This option allows you to configure the time
during which the terminal will try to send the SMS.
Save SMS to SIM card: This option allows you to save incoming SMS
messages directly to the SIM card.
Enable WAP SMS message: This option allows you to enable the reception
of WAP Push messages. A WAP Push message is an SMS used to directly
access a WAP site or page, usually to download files. The user sends an SMS
and receives another one in return with a welcome message and a URL. When
accepted, it opens the requested WAP address in the browser.
SMS encoding settings: Activate this feature to send messages in optimized
mode (GSM 7 bit) or disable it if you want accents and other special characters
to be displayed in your text messages (Unicode UCS2).
● Signature: Activate this option to configure a signature
● Edit signature: This allows you to set a signature that will be added to the
end of your messages. To use this option, you must first enable the option
“Signature.
● Templates: This allows you to send predefined messages.
