Calling
There are different methods to make a call from your Co-Comm F740 terminal:
Calling using alphanumeric keypad
1. In standby mode pick up the handset, dial the phone number using the
alphanumeric keypad and press the [ ] key to make the call.
2. To end the call, press the [ ] key or hang up the handset.
Calling in hands-free mode
1. Without picking up the handset, dial the number using the alphanumeric keypad
and press the [ ] key to make the call. The indicator will light up green
indicating that the hands-free mode is active.
2. During an active call, press the [ ] key to initiate the hands-free mode and
confirm it with the lit indicator . Press the[ ] key again to turn off the hands-free
mode.
Note: If the handset is hung up, pressing the key [ ], again will end up the call.
3. To end the call, press the [ ] key or hang up the handset.
Answer or silence an incoming call
1. During an incoming call, pick up the handset or press the [ ] key to answer the
call.
2. Before answering the call, you can mute the incoming call ring by pressing the
[ ] key.
3. When the call is active, press the [
] key to mute your microphone.
4. To reject an incoming call, press the [ ] key.
