Installing the new Extruder Piston front part
As the piston is out of the barrel disassemble the piston by removing the 10 screws, now the piston head and Piston front
part come loose and the Piston front part can be replaced with a new Piston front part. Then reassemble the piston and
put it into the barrel again. Reassemble with the hydraulic piston shaft. Clean the thread and apply Anti-Seize Food Grade
Compound on all bolts and with torque 15.8 FT-LBS (21,4Nm).
BEFORE STARTING PRODUCTION THE HYDRAULIC MOTION SHOULD BE CHECKED IN SINGLE MODE!
Operating in manual mode control
Rest the machine,
it is very impotent that the machine is not started in operation mode
, but I manual mode.
Login in with the user code.

Go to manual mode, start the hydraulic pump and move the piston.
After completion, check the extruder unit for leaks.
