Installing the new extruder piston
As the piston is out of the barrel it can be replaced with a new complete extruder piston 1. Put the extruder piston into
the barrel again. Reassemble with the hydraulic piston shaft. Clean the thread and apply Anti-Seize Food Grade
Compound on all bolts and with torque 15.8 FT-LBS (21,4Nm).
BEFORE STARTING PRODUCTION THE HYDRAULIC MOTION SHOULD BE CHECKED IN SINGLE MODE!
Operating in manual mode control
Rest the machine,
it is very impotent that the machine is not started in operation mode
, but I manual mode.
