  Your Coleman Hot Tub pump may not be heating properly for several reasons. Ensure the temperature isn't set too low; if it is, set it to a higher temperature. Check if the filter cartridge is dirty and clean or replace it. Also, confirm the spa is covered. If the thermal cut-out has tripped, unplug the pump and let it cool until the water temperature reaches 35°C (95°F) or lower before restarting. If the heating element has failed or the fuse has cutout, contact your local Bestway After Sales service point to get instructions.

If it remains locked, try restarting the pump by unplugging it and plugging it back in. If the control panel is not activated, press the on/off button for 2 seconds. If the problem persists, please contact your local Bestway Aftersales Service Center for instructions.

  Insert the three stopper caps onto the spa’s ports to prevent water from escaping and disconnect the pump. Check and make sure the seals are placed correctly inside the pump adapters. If the seals are missing or not installed correctly, please contact your local Bestway Aftersales Service Center for instructions. If the seals are correctly in place, reconnect the pump to the spa and hand-tighten the adapters.
